L TYPE FIN TUBE

L type tension wound finned tubes consist of thin aluminum/Copper fin strip tightly wound helically around the tube circumference. Tension in the fin strip as it is wrapped around the tube serves to hold the fin firmly in place.
Maximum Operating Temperature : 150 ° C:
Fin material : Aluminum, Copper
Tube material : All
LL type fin tube

LL type finned tubes are overlapped shape of L type to completely enclose the base tube thereby giving excellent corrosion resistance. This type of finned tube is often used as an alternative to the more expensive extruded type fin in corrosive environments.
Maximum Operating Temperature : 180 ° C:
Fin material : Aluminum, Copper
Tube material : All
KL TYPE FIN TUBE

KL type finned tubes are knurled but L type before application of the fin foot. After application, the fin foot is knurled into the corresponding knurling on the base tube thereby enhancing the bond between the fin and tube, resulting in improved heat transfer characteristics.
Maximum Operating Temperature : 260 ° C:
Fin material : Aluminum, Copper
Tube material : All
G TYPE FIN TUBE

G type finned tube's strip is tension wound into a machined groove over the base tube material. This ensures maximum heat transfer at high temperature.
Maximum Operating Temperature : 400 ° C:
Fin material : Aluminum, Copper
Tube material : All
Extruded type fin tube

Extruded type finned tubes are formed from a bi-metallic tube consisting of an aluminum outer tube and an inner tube of almost any material. The fin is formed by rolling material from the outside of the exterior tube to give an integral fin with excellent heat transfer properties and longevity. Extruded fin offers excellent corrosion protection of the base tube.
Maximum Operating Temperature : 285 ° C:
Fin material : Aluminum
Tube material : All
High frequency welded spiral(solid/serrated) type fin tube

High frequency welded spiral Fin Tube is attached to the base tube by high frequency electric resistance welding in order to give an efficient and thermally reliable bond. Fins can be either solid or serrated. This type finned tubes are used in boilers, furnaces and fired heaters.
Fin material : Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Alloy steel
Tube material : All
Monometallic fin tube
Monometallic finned tubes are Type–Low Fin Tube, Turbo-B Tube, Turbo-C Tube, Turbo-E Tube, Corrugated Tube. Monometallic finned tube with fins drawn from the parent metal of the tube.
All monometallic Tubes are using a cold rolling process.
